The room was very spacious, clean and they provided a lot of nice touches such as the bath salt and the exfoliator. The kitchenette is great and I loved that there was a kettle. I didn’t find any complimentary water bottles in the minibar. They also went the extra mile to surprise us with a little birthday dessert and balloons for my husband’s birthday. The amenities are great and well maintained albeit being a little outdated. The hot tub was our favourite. The lifeguards were regularly checking the pH levels and I think that’s great. The check in and check out went smoothly. Although when I received my invoice, we got charged with orange juice from the minibar. I called the hotel up to let them know that we did not take any orange juice or anything at all from the minibar. The staff refunded me right away.

People working there were super friendly. Valet was outstanding and super friendly guys helping promptly with getting our car or parking it. We knew ahead of time we had to pay a daily parking fee, but we don't agree with it considering they also charge a hotel fee. We had a balcony Jr suite I think it was spacious and clean. Pool and sauna area looked great however we did not utilize it. Room had a mini fridge microwave and a small cook top. All in all, a well-appointed room. Our windows faced the street it was almost soundproof. However, sitting at the end by the window towards the end of the sofa it was pretty cold.

Kasandra, the desk agent, was super helpful, charming and knowledgable. The taxes and VAT tax for Canada, which were not included in the original estimate for the stay, made the final pricing fo the hotel room a lot more than what was expected. It should be included in the final cost of the Booking estimate. The facilities, especially the workout room, pool, hot tub and spa, were really nice and accomodating.,

There was a little seating area but not enough space in the room for a dining table. It was a very large bathroom; it's maybe an accessible bathroom. We didn't stay long enough to take full advantage of the amenities like the swimming pool.

Great hotel to stay at in the center of downtown Montreal. It's right next to the Bell Centre and some famous restaurants like Okeya Kyujiro. Everything from the reception, lobby, room and facilities are great as well. I highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup that you can't easily find in other hotels.
